Maine Winter 2026
After two seasons in Eastport, Maine, through the TIDES Institute, Museum of Art residency, I returned for four months of winter. I wanted the cold, the snow, and the experience of living on the island, watching the tides. That landscape shaped a series of hand-printed paper weavings, made from previously printed works that I cut and reassembled into intensely bright yellow, orange, and blue compositions, mirroring the morning sun as it rose behind Campobello Island, Canada, and reflected across the Passamaquoddy Bay.
